Built for ADHD brains, and anyone stuck on the start.

The first step is meant to be almost too easy, because starting is the hard part.

Do it for me

Hand a step to the AI. It researches, plans or drafts the message, then saves the result with your task.

Still too big?

Make any step smaller with one tap.

On your home screen

A widget shows your current step. Tick it right there.

Focus mode

One step on a quiet screen, with a short timer if you want one. Your plans sync across your devices.

Questions

When can I get it?

Fishbone is being tested now and is coming to the iPhone App Store soon. Email us and we'll tell you when it's ready.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. You can write your own steps and use focus mode and the widget without it.

What happens to what I type?

When you use AI, your text goes through our server to Anthropic's Claude to make the result. We don't use your content to train AI models. The privacy policy has the details.

Is Fishbone a treatment for ADHD?

No. It's a planning tool, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything.
